Waynepixel, when you say 'Your colour profile are there for converting from RGB to CMYK' is that simply how the CMYK looks on the RGB screen? or have i missed the point?

No mate that is Colour Collaboration.

When you work in Photoshop, you are mainly working in RGB. When you what that image to go to print, you convert that image to CMYK, right.

The colour profile is there to convert your colour space from RGB to CMYK correctly.

If you have some FTP space or anywhere I can upload too, I have a Lynda.com video that explains how this works.
