I didnt read all the posts, but I can see apples side...the girl didn't say she was a 3rd grader and then lets say apple was working on that idea anyways then when the feature goes in the new gen of ipods, she might think it was cause of her letter and then want money.
I can see why they sent out the letter. She could have said this was a school project or something.
just sayin'...
