what a crock of shit this story is. Apple has probably sent out a rain forest's worth of cease and desist letters this year and this one gets highlighted because it's a little girl. Steve Jobs does not = Santa Claus... yeah, maybe this letter could have been more sensitive to the little girl's emotions, but then that could apply to hundreds of thousands of other letters.
don't let this girls ambition go unnoticed though, she might be able to drag the Zune from the depths with her revolutionary ideas.
