I agree with Meeklo. There are only a couple of things that are similar between the two.
I always see look-a-likes to people I know, but never one of myself.
I do worry about tapping someone on the shoulder before getting a bit of a look of their side or front (say....if I am walking behind them and believe I recognize their back).
