Strangely, one of my geneticist friends spent the good part of a new year eve taking the piss out of the neanderthal ancestry my ..'strawberry blonde'.. hair clearly indicated.
This was about 6 years ago - I'm really unsure why this is all over the news at the moment (well, BBC, anyway).
