sorry couldn't resist that.
I'm actaully doing several lasagnas for 25 tonight.
2 eggplant / 4-cheese
2 ground peperoni /4-cheeseeach feeds 6-8 people. They are good cause you prep them in adavnce, and just keep em in the oven till folks are ready to eat.
