yes you can, they will need a trademark to stop you using it and as you registered it before they started they would need to prove that you are using their name to make money off the domain you reg'd. If you have it with a parking service they normally offer name valuations - is http://www.sedo.com. these do have a cost attached. you can also look through the list of previous sales/auctions to see how much similar names went for.
