I've had plenty of problems with my Macs, but the service has been so great that it never really bothered me that much. I had a possessed 2 year old PB and I did a google search for Steve Jobs email address...wrote a letter detailing my continued problems and two days later I got a phone call from a girl who replaced it with a brand new one, which still works like a champ.
Even every time I've had to take something to the genius bar, the service guys/gals were nice as pie and busted their asses to fix my problem.
Maybe I'm extremely good looking or my breath smells like fresh baked cookies? Maybe both? Either way I still love working on a Mac WAYYYYY more than all the PC's I've ever had. Oh and I swear that my cock got bigger when I switched...like at least 2 inches...minimum.
