Christmas supposedly celebrates the birth of Christ, thus the birth of Christianity...

'faithful' refers to those who put their faith in Christ...
... so yeah... I can see where the die hard would cry a few rivers... I'd expect a lil bit of silliness such as you're already hearing...
... BUT... if the person is 'smart' and they're die hard... they're realize it's for a medical center... and that people are going for help...
... AND!!! (this is a plus for you and something you can use to argue with):
Christ came to take away our pain!!
So you're dead-on accurate w/the terminology if you want to be technically sub-savvy in terms of Christ's purpose... thus making your slogan 'accurate'... thus making EVERYONE HAPPY!!!
... which I doubt will occur... anytime you 'screw' w/someone's faith (and changing their songs of faith is dong just that)... people whine.
