I like to cough slightly before so that I don't catch it on time. That way the person laughs at how horrible I am at timing when the ass wind catches them they are already laughing

coughing is a good way to mask the sound, but it requires practice and some self-body functioning knowledge...
If you dont cough loud enough people might spot you, if you cough too loud, you may shart instead. So untill technique is perfected always fart under adult supervision!
