Actually go listen to the first Jeff Beck band album to find out where the Led Zep blueprint came from. Page just ripped off Jeff Beck's entire concept and ran with it. If there was the internet back then there'd be all these threads going "Led Zep: RRRIIIIPP!!!"

It was jeff beck that named the band. He told jimmy page (his band mate in the Yardbirds) that his new project would sink like a 'lead zeppelin'
