I am looking for an outstanding illustrator... one who would be able to "translate" outstanding fashion photographs into graphic illustrations. These illustrations should be stylized but maintain the integrity and gesture of original photographs. They should be cinematic and also convey atmosphere.
Who would be the best at this?
