dell for quality + support
i bought 2 20" at the same time found a lone dead pixel on one and called it in. dell being the nicies they are sent me a third so i could return the defective one once it was replaced
they also are good about pricing and deals if you ask.
i saw my monitors at a lower price earlier that week so called in to see if they would honor that price, not only did they, but they went even lower, extended the warranty and gave me free monitor mounted center channel sound bars (that i never used) all without my asking
but i've bought 3 full systems through them and 4 additional monitors, maybe they just want to keep me happy
