well if by that theory lana had allready taken the 10million and in that time she was killed or encased and the clone took over, it fits to cannon of the shows story as lex already is developing project cadmus labs which in its premature stages was called project 33.1 which in the books is known for cloning people and cloning superman himself. so who is to say...but me!!
