I cant imagine that anyone is seriously hiring from nov thru the end of the year.

jason, i would stick it out, but if you can get interviews for new work you will be in a much better place, and also demand more money in your next gig... work is never aboutthe bonus, its about the career you can make, a bonus?? once a year? maybe thats a goal, but i would look at it as something stronger, i was in a job where i hated it everyday, i was treated very poorly and my salary was utter crap, the moment i left and took on a new position i was shining and that amount of pure freedom gave me the confidence to get the salaires i want, to get the goals i needed. be positive, and make a change!! its your career, and if you feel its not going anywhere then i would look for more.
a new environment would make all the differences in the world.
