    By my count the band now consists of:

    6 guitarists
    2 keyboard/piano
    5 bass players
    2 sax players
    3 drummers
    1 trumpet
    3 singers
    I producer

    awesome, this is going to be loud!
    The line up suggests a big production pink floyd type track.

    I think for ease of production we should maybe do a cover of a song that everyone knows.
    I think agreeing on a key and tempo/feel would be a good start. Then maybe we can put some drums down as a start. Then people can build parts from that,
