you can pick up this stuff at any arts & crast store pretty much

there are opaque and transparent mediums
http://www.dickblick.com/categor…the transparent medium is nice when overprinting colors and creating a 3rd color from the overprint. but really only works well on white paper.
the opaque inks are great for printing on colored paper, cause they stay pretty true
