simple and effective i guess.
homepage is alright, you might want to add some html text to the homepage so Mr Google indexes you better. (also page desicription, meta tags, page title too - make them more descriptive)
not too keen on the simpleness of the "about us" section - its a bit to sparse.
portfolio section is prob the best on the site, what happens when you add more projects though? are you just limiting it to always show just 10 pieces of work?
Client List page - a bit sparse, are those links meant to go somewhere?
News - again, are you just limiting to 4 articles?
Contact - I'd try get a better picture of your building, thats if you even want to show it. In that pic on my laptop screen it looks like a washed out photo from the 70s of some Russian housing block :S
