    Atheism isn't a ..er.. theism though - so it's hardly an appropriate umbrella comparison, like [insert named religion], is it? Hyper socialist experiments were beyond god, beyond spiritualism, beyond humanity.

    I feel it's a nonsensical, spurious comparison.
