I also use it to bookmark images and get some inspiration, the same way I use del.icio.us for text links. It's very interesting what you can find there, but I mainly try to get new things that no one else has in their FFFFound profile. It makes for a more diverse collection.
I can see how people could abuse this by posting porno or just crappy quality images in general, so maybe someone will look into that in the future.
