It seems a bit crowded. I think the front page could definitely use some simplifying.
Its kind of disorienting how half the links I clicked went to different designed or different company pages. If thats on purpose there should be some kind of indication that the link will take the user out of the context of the page.
I didn't notice the grey bar at the top for a while. Should be more obvious.
Did you bid on this job or did you get a no questions asked contract? I hear those are sweet.
