shke is best for this, or if possible get the camera data form the shoot and use that in conjunction with AE however if you have no camera data then you would probably need to use shake, although AE has a great tracker shake gives you more possibilities with distortion and pixel correction that AE can't offer, alternatively use commotion pro to do the same.
