I took an advanced Flash class here:
http://iwa-hwg.eclasses.orgThe guy was a total egotistical jerk who accused me of perjury. Fucker. I argued with him and he would just threaten to ban me from taking other classes. He was a pompous asshole that I'll never forget (and he's a really bad designer, so that at least makes me feel a little better).
Up to you if you want use them. I never will, and I can't recommend them because of this one moron. If you do go to them, make sure you don't take the advanced flash.
Ultimately, though, it's a waste of time. Books are much better. I didn't learn anything useful in the Flash class, it was a waste of effort and time.
Buy some books and go to a local school and take some art/graphic/design classes. The technical stuff is the easy part and that's all you'll be able to do online anyway.
