Rand...yes. And they just caught her 2 blocks away hiding in an alley. We went and id'ed her. She denied everything...of course. So the cops arrested her. The cop told us if she would have just stayed there it would have been a really small traffic ticket, but now she's fucked. DUI, leaving the scene...etc, etc. They think she was on meth and/or heroin.
