SuperDuper looks like a disaster recovery tool... you might also want to look at a program that does dailiy scheduled incremental backups of changed files, so you just set it up and forget about it..
(I'm using Retrospect, which may be overkill for you.. not sure what to recommend at cheaper end of market..
