Old but effective. Large piece of cardboard, dayglo paper, make a cone that fits over your head and extends to about o foot from the floor. Then make a base and cover in dayglo red/pink paper (and a band of reflective white paper if possible).
Good thing is you can stop where the fuck you like to piss or puke and no bastard will question you - nobody can see in the cone and everyone walks round them anyway.
