i had a guy a year younger than me who's name was pronounced shawn polucks (pal-ucks)
spelled...
sean pollocks.
guys would tease him "hey, you seen pollocks today?"
when i was a senior a new kid came to school named phil mccrackin. now how in the fuck could you possibly name your kid so it sounds like fill mycrackin?!?
before he graduated i guess he changed his first name but it did little good.
even now with no kids my wife and i are going over possible names and with every one of them that comes up we're thinking of every possible scenario of teasing that could come from the name. :/
