a second interview doesnt mean a hire nor does it mean an offer.

ive been on a 17 interview process with a very large corporation and in this one there is a great mean CEOs. which i had to meet with each separately.

by the end of the process which spanned over 2 months, ik turned down their offer, only because i learned a great deal in that interview process.

if you feel the giggles inside this may not be the right place for you, it seems you are "wanting" something to fill a gap in your life?? and perhaps the excitment which is a grat thing may be clouding your judgement and yes they may give you an offer.

just remember, never accept anything on the spot. if you do, then all possibilities of any further 3rd or 4th interviews will never happen, those 3rd and so on interviews allow for more negotiations where you may be in haste just to accept their offer when really you can most probably get more.

jsut be cautious and feel it out. if it doesnt happen dont kick your self...suck it up with a learning curve and keep going, if it does pan out and you do accept, remember this is not the only place in the world and always be aware of your surroundings, your environments, and your standing of where you first got hired with-in.

always be fresh, polite and know your answrs to all the questions they may ask you. an interviewer will always throw a curve ball during the interview such as a personal question...never anser those as it will hurt you instead of helping you even though you are answering from your heart.

not sure if anything im saying is for your ears but its what i have learned in my processes.

    good luck with the outcome.

    :)
