First of all, make your own. You are going to have to know your binding method/approximate number of pages, paper type, cover material etc. to make sure it comes out right. Beware of the "gutter" closing up on you. If you don't know what a "gutter" is, read the book below. There isn't one way to design a book but there are tried and true examples out there.
