I had super noisy neighbors...and one day I just went nuts. Same type of the thing, their bass was so loud it was rattling our windows. Anyways, I hooked up my pa system and put the speakers outside my door. I then turned the pa up to 10 and played through an entire Hatebreed album. I opened the door after the cd stopped and it was dead silence...it really helped.
