i still do my critical listening on a good system with cd, but like many others, i trade fidelity for convenience on the road

(Oct 2 07, 13:26)Exactly. However, if you really want to get into it, you have to take into account what is lost in terms of mHz using any digital format, as opposed to analog. I still think analog music is punchier and warmer.
