Av. 24 de Julho has some pretty dandy bars.
the docklands in the summer nights is a bit more packed than it might be at this time of year, could be worth a gamble..
my favourite place in lisbon is the Estufa Fria. (which is kinda like the Eden Project hidden away in the middle of lisbon) if you go to the Mrqs De Pombal roundabout and walk up the garden hill, hang left and concealed down there is this huuuuuge botanical garden.. well worth a look.
also on top of the hill theres a restaurant (called Eleven?) that overlooks the whole of lisbon down to the Tagus...
