I believe so, i think i heard lynch mentioning running quicktimes inside of flash during his flash forward keynote.....
but the h264 thing... ahh man!! HD in flash!!! Get ready!! and multiprocessor support as well! this next release coupled with AIR and the ability to create desktop apps with flash.... Its gonna do what director always dreamed of doing!!
