^ It's a good question - don't ask me how it happened, she's out travelling with work and accessed her email through our providers web-mail thingy for the first time ever, which is why she wasn't used to how the "Reply" / "Forward" / "Reply all" menu was set up... but how she managed to CC: to the initial recipients, I'll never know.
Why don't I have her come in here and explain her fuckup for herself upon her return...
