Photoshop a picture of Mr. Pettersen blowing off the Johannsen's labrador, then mass mail it to your community list, spoofing the sent-from address to imply that it was sent by that git, Werle from number 42, who's evidently a poison pen peeping tom who should be community-lynched.
They'll have forgotten your colourful language in no time.
