  Using AE: Make one big comp, animate each type section within that comp, precompose, pan entire clip within stage's viewable area as each section starts animating...
  Disadvantages: None rilly, just waiting for render.

  Using Flash: Same way, but u'll be switching back and forth between movieclip and a graphic that plays once so u can see what the hell u r doing. Pain in the arse.
  Advantages: No render time like AE. You can always export a video file if you want to make a movie, if ur going broadcast make sure you start off with broadcast settings
