haha. you know point5 you can still get ephedra from canada if you know where to look. it gets sent to you in a plain brown box. so i hear.
i'm done with everything too. only a multivitamin, c and e for me along with a good diet.
running 3x a week mornings, and working out 5x a week in the evenings with a healthy diet i dropped 5lbs in 7 days.
plus... the lady and i are talking little konas so it's all natural for us from here on out. :)
