but within that infinite largeness and depth of time is the indefinite smallness of incremental math
so much happens in one second to consider it a frame or plane of existence

things are moving at such a rate of both speed an complexity that we as people are taking entirely too much motion and action for granted
this man's theory, imo is vague, sci-fi, and without any evidence to back it or a feasible way of proving it without the use of time travel or a similar unattainable science, though even then, the scientific knowledge that once you observe something you instantly derail the outcome as your presence becomes a contributing factor to the end result
