I suspect it's probably the Belgians who think their country might be better off with a breakup.
Unless, of course, American might has become such that even its media outlets are able to pry apart entire foreign states.
I, for one, welcome the breakup - I've long harboured a suspicion that Belgium is utterly redundant in the modern world. Not for political reasons, just because.
