so I guess we should just let anyone say whatever point they want to make, however long they want to talk, at any event that opens QUESTIONS to the guest speaker?
We live in a society, what about manners, or just plain being civil? We have laws, but I really hope we don't need a law for each and every situation that might or might not happen.
