How bout' designers making their own programs. Knowing a program suddenly becomes all about program language. Forget knowing some Flash AS or a little DHTML, now you got to design your own programs to do what you need. then we would see real work, real genius, none of this being restricted by program limitations. Forces everyone to think, weed out the men from the boys... (so to speak)
