Slick, yet practical and some great work on display. Nice job.
I'd really like to know what I'm looking at - the one thing missing from your site is capacity for contextual descriptions of your work. In 'other' - what are those shoes? In identity - whose are those logos? (i also like seeing branding work in-situ, it's so easy to knock out a few homegrowns otherwise)
I find the grey-out mechanic for dead links a bit flimsy.
There are minor margin/padding differences in your text boxes, which in the face of an otherwise perfect site layout stand out just a wee bit.
I don't see the point in that landing page - it's just an extra click.
The link to your old site doesn't appear to work.
I'm a big fan of redundant navigation in flash - so I'd love to see invisible rollovers for back/forward at the left/right.
