one time out of a thousand does the cop get burnt on this.
this dude was hassled so many times he installed a dash camera, for crying out loud.
anyone that's ever worn their hair past their shoulders knows a) you're getting pulled over, b) they're searching your car, and c) there's nothing you can do about it.
