yeah good on ya - fixed price is definitely the way to go likes.
i keep my eye on all the property sites and its definitely a growing trend these fixed prices.i dont think that property prices will actually drop but i think that more will become fixed prices rather than this "offers over" malarky which spirals the prices outwith many peoples reach.
Offers over 90,000 then it sells for about 180. madness!
