  first take a 360 photo. many ways of doing this. i use PTGUI to stich mine together

  http://www.ptgui.com/

  then open your 360 in photoshop.

  flip it upside down.

  using the image size dialog box turn off constraint proportions and resize the image so that its a square.

  use the polar coordinates filter.

  and your done.
