if you know a woman who has gotten pregnant from a rape some would think differently about an abortion.

As horrible as such pregnancies are, it is not the baby's fault. Show me a fetus who has raped its own mother and I'll show you an unborn child that deserves punishment. The logic just doesn't hold up.
The only time I could ever conceive of abortion as being morally acceptable is if the mother has serioius physical problems that put her at very high risk of dying: I'll say it again, abortion only makes sense if the mother's life is in serious jeopardy. Then and only then.
