I watched fireworks from the 4th floor of a Target parking garage here in Chicago with my girlfriend. Second year to go there, it's insane, 360 degree view of fireworks as far as you can see-big stuff, small stuff, people setting their yards on fire, black smoke pouring up, and generally looking around going, "DAMN! These people have rent due by the 5th and they likely spent it on their barrage of fireworks."
