i have heard many, Many a tuner ask why someone would want a HAMANN 599- so many things to go wrong (especially body paneling) and just another 'specialist' one must take it to for servicing. ha!- you think those tires are fresh on it? ;)

(Aug 31 07, 04:55)x2. While the 599 HAMANN is the LEAST hideous of their creations up until today, it is still absolutely gross compared to the stock beauty.
I have no opinion on the DBS - I am usually not a big fan of british cars and their ingredients in sports/super cars - "Flat" engine to drive, horrible suspension (TVR-ish) but nice sound, gearbox and decent brakes. That just isn't enough for me.
Perhaps a test drive will tell me otherwise, but they have quite the competiton right now. Ain't gonna be easy...
