del.icio.us: never liked it until last year when I was frustrated with the lack of features available for bookmarking in normal browsers. Plus, I had so many sub-menus that it was getting too full and cluttered, particularly whenever I wanted to find a link. So I went to del.icio.us and now I have tons of links there.
Whenever I see a site that I like I tag and save it right away. That way I have a useful tool for finding my favourite links or whatever is relevant for a project that I'm working on. And it's easy to search as well. Other people can look for stuff in there.
Flickr: just used for my photos, particularly the best selection out of ads I like and concerts that I've been to. Not very useful to me otherwise. One day when I start taking more photos it may come in handy.
Last.fm: I just sync it with my iPod and all my music statistics are automatically uploaded online. It's fun.
Those are actually the main ones I use, along with LiveJournal. I'm thinking about FFFFound as well, but there's no special point about it.
