why are you guys so surprised? I lived in kansas and felt what middle america has to offer first hand. if you're a y2k young adult like myself, I reccomend you not go there. (unless you like to have things thrown at you).
the bible belt is a weird place jevad, but believe me wherever you go in the US its nothing like mid west and all its craziness. (excluding maybe chicago).
im sure there's a few places in europe that are as intolerant as the wid west, too.
